ABOUT DYNA BIOTECH

Dyna Biotech was established on 1st April 2013, and has been in operational for over 7 years at the forefront of manufacturing, validation, installation and services for a wide range of Biotechnology and Biopharma equipments.

The company was established by Mr. Vinodkumar Patil to bring a paradigm shift in Biotechnology and Biopharma industries in India and abroad through adoption of innovative technologies and exceptional customer service.

With the help of our excellently competent and experienced staff, we at Dyna Biotech are into design, production, installation, commissioning, automation, integration, and validation of fermentors, bioreactors, and peripheral systems in India and abroad and hence offer predesigned and customized systems to suit our clients specific and process needs.

We started off with a goal of providing predictive and personalized systems, and soon the company filled the niche in the highly specialized automated fermentor, bioreactor manufacturing and has emerged as a brand in the market.

Dr. Vinodkumar Patil
Founder


Dr. Vinodkumar Patil is a multi-tasker. Although being a Microbiologist by qualification, his experience, vigilance and meticulous hard work in the field of Engineering makes him excel in the field of Biotechnology as well. In the past Mr. Patil has held senior positions with increasing responsibility at Lupin, B. Braun Biotech (Germany), Sartorius, Shantha Biotech (Sanofigroup company) and Serum Institute. He is an expert in antibiotics production, steroid biotransformation, cell culture, vaccine process development, production, scale-up, optimization, validation and product launch. He also has, to his credit the experience of working under the Regultory guidelines like, FDA, EMEA, cGMP and WHO and is well versed with it.
His process engineering experience in fermenter, bioreactor, upstream, downstream process equipment manufacturing and validation has helped in getting more output at fermentation and better yields in the downstream processing. To his credit, he has set up many fermentation and cell culture plants while serving for a multinational company like Shantha Biotech, where he was instrumental in developing the Pentavalent i.e. DTPHBHib Vaccine right from the seed culture to its WHO pre-qualification, thus proving a boon to the company.
Mr. Patil began his carrier in 1993 after completion of his Master’s degree in Microbiology from the Govt. Institute of Science, Aurangabad-India. With a diversified experience of 27 years starting from clean room design, equipment design, manufacturing, validation and setting up processes for microbial and cell culture products, it makes him an expertise, and one among very few in the field.
After developing Pentavalent Vaccine in Serum Institute of India as well and servicing for three years, Mr. Patil wanted to pursue with his passion for Engineering and hence he started his own setup for the manufacturing of fermentors and other Biotech equipment under the banner of “DYNA BIOTECH”., thus leading a way for many young aspirants, in the form of knowledge and job opportunities.


AJIT PANDURANG KULKARNI
Head Operations


Mr. Ajit kulkarni is the Head-operations of the Dyna Biotech. He has completed B.E. (Industrial Electronics) from P.V.P.I.T College Sangli. He is also PMP® (project management professional) certified from PMI (Project Management Institute –USA ) .He has started his carrier in 1993 . He has worked with reputed organisation like Honeywell, PARI, Trimbak Industries etc. He has over 28 years of experience in business operations, project management and site management for large scale global automation and project technology organizations.
He has versatile experience in various industries like, Automobile/Automotive /robotics conveyors automation, Petrochemical/Refineries industry/Chemical plant process automation, space industry, fire and gas industry, Elevated multilevel automated car parking automation.
